A week ago, on Sept 17, Excellent Latvia brought together our customers and partners for one of the most loved events of the year - a full day of sharing, learning, connecting and just having a good time together! 🫶🏻

There were plenty of interesting conversations and insights on new developments, integrations, digitalisation, AI in business management, HR analytics, e-invoices and the Pay Transparency Directive.

Last week, our Business Growth team defied the weather and hopped on a ferry⛴️ for a Tour de Helsinki of their own🚴‍♂️

The rain and soaked cycling gear couldn’t break the Excellent spirit! After a 55 km ride around Helsinki, the team was rewarded with a hot sauna🧖 and a well-earned Lebanese feast🥘

Last weekend, several members of the Excellent team (and our great partner Olari Nõu from Hausing) took on the Võhandu Marathon 🚣‍♂️

This wasn’t just a sporting challenge – it was a true test of endurance and teamwork 💪 And the result speaks for itself: all of our boats finished under 14 hours ⏱️

The same things matter in our everyday work – trust in your teammates, the ability to keep pace in challenging conditions, and a shared goal to push towards 🎯

It’s a mindset that shapes how we work and achieve results together. Great to see it live beyond the office 🙌

🌍@excellent_business_solutions colleagues are brave and adventurous, constantly pushing boundaries and gaining unique experiences.
🚗At the beginning of this year, @zhogots took part in the Dakar Challenge adventure drive!
It is an approximately 9,000 km journey from Europe to West Africa, crossing several countries and deserts. Participants travel in simple cars and handle all the challenges themselves – navigation, repairs, and unexpected adventures along the way.
✨At the end of the journey, the cars are often donated to local communities in The Gambia, making the adventure a charitable initiative as well.

It’s an adventurous car rally with old, cheap cars, fun challenges, and lots of excitement!
In January, our Excellent Latvia board member @elviskvalbergs , together with @rudolfskreslins from Flex.bi Business Intelligence and Jānis Savickis, took part in Carbage Run for the first time and won 1st place out of 374 teams 🥇👏

Wow – what a challenge our people took on! 👏

Our team proudly represented Excellent at the endurance adventure held at Taliharja Wilderness — and the results were truly impressive.

🔥 A special shout-out to our Estonian consultant Ivo, who achieved 4th place in the mountain bike category, completing an incredible 101 km on a demanding course. An outstanding performance!

💪 The rest of our team completed the 55 km route on foot, which is no small feat either and requires both strong physical endurance and mental resilience.

Moments like these show exactly what our people are made of — commitment, determination, and the courage to take on challenges both at work and beyond. We couldn’t be prouder! 💜

Our Christmas party was a wonderful reminder of how important it is to pause, laugh together, and celebrate the people we spend so much of our everyday work life with. Even though the calendar now shows a new year, these memories are still fresh and warm.
